From a young age, Chef Savana Hjort had a passion for the culinary arts. Experimenting in the kitchen with her sisters and crafting elaborate meals at family reunions by age 12, she knew this would be her life's work. Savana graduated with honors as an Ambassador from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in 2018 in Austin, TX.

After gaining experience in the restaurant industry, Savana discovered her true passion: interacting with the people she cooks for. In 2023, she launched Sav's Comfort Kitchen with her longtime partner and husband, Ty.

Drawing from their hospitality backgrounds, they dedicated to serving the best comfort food paired with Southern hospitality, leaving you hungry for more.
